Located in the quiet village of Thierrens, our restaurant is borned on the 1st August 2022, after the agitated period of the COVID-19. In a warm place with a terrace disposal, we are looking forward to make you discover our delicious plates realized with fresh products, it’s why we are suggesting you a new menu every beginning of the month, in order to maintain a high quality and attractive standards to be able to satisfy you constantly.

Originally from Sweden, the chef Memo forged himself a solid experience at several prestigious restaurants from the city of Stockholm. In fact, he has always been passionate from many sorts of culinary specialties, which allows him to succeed in his job. For him, offering a dish to someone is an opportunity to invite the person into a new culinary culture. Always looking for new adventures, his goal, while taking this place is to be able to offer you a unique culinary experience, by creating a vibe who will encourage you to visit us more than once.
